Kapha Body Oil
Quickly absorbed and lightweight Kapha body oil, oxidant rich plant oils of Camellia, Pumpkin, Sunflower and Apricot brimming with essential fatty acids and vitamins are combined with invigorating Eucalyptus and Tulsi to strengthen and fortify your nervous system. Lemon, Cedarwood, Ylang Ylang and Cypress will enliven and uplift your Kapha nature.

Warm oil in palms and massage lovingly and mindfully with a firm pressure vigorously over your entire body. Store below 25C in a cool and dry place out of direct sunlight. Use within 6 months of opening. Patch testing before use recommended. Avoid water getting in the product.

I applied the kapha oil after a strenuous cricket match in the hot sun. My whole body was aching and was barely able to move. I had various muscle pulls and would usually apply a magnesium oil.
I tried the kapha relaxing oil and it really soothed me. I was up and going the next day. I would otherwise be waiting for at least 2 or 3 days for a recovery.
I just applied the oil and was not sure if it would really help.
