We create all Aika products by hand in small batches often to order. This is to maintain ultimate freshness and efficacy for you. Each bottle and jar is hand blended, hand filled and hand labelled before being sent lovingly on it’s journey to you.

Within Australia:

We happy to say that we offer free express shipping within Australia for orders over $150. For orders under $150 a flat $9.95 applies.

We will dispatch your order within 10 working days of receiving payment. In most cases your order will be shipped within 3-5 days of receiving payment. We will notify you by email when your order has been dispatched.

Internationally:

We offer complimentary global shipping on all orders over $250 dollars.

For orders under $250 we charge a flat shipping rate of $25.

For certain overseas destinations, your order may take longer to be delivered. Customs clearance procedures which delay your package getting to you is out of our control. Aika is not responsible for delays incurred due to international customs issues, nor additional fees and charges your country may require you to pay.

We want you to be completely happy with your Aika products. In line with this we offer a 100% satisfaction or your money back guarantee. We take great pride in creating the highest quality products and are confidant you will love them. We also understand that every skin and body is different and should you not be satisfied with your product we will happily provide a full refund or credit.

You must claim this refund within 30 days of the shipment date and ship the product back to Aika Wellness. Our refund does not include any postage or shipping costs incurred when purchasing or returning a product.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

In line with Australian Consumer Law, Aika Wellness will provide a you with a replacement or refund for any product delivered to you that is faulty or in a damaged condition. Please contact us on hello@aikawellness.com and notify us prior to returning faulty or damaged goods. Please include a detailed description as to why you wish to claim a replacement or refund.

PLEASE NOTE THAT TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND:
  • Refunds will only be made for the amount of the original purchase receipt.
  • A refund will only be made once we have received the returned product from you.
  • Returned product must have at least 50% of its contents remaining.
  • The 100% Satisfaction Guarantee is valid for products purchased online from Aika Wellness and authorised stockists.
  • You are responsible for all shipping costs and the safe return of product back to Aika Wellness. The exception will be if we have sent you an incorrect or faulty item. In this rare circumstance, we will cover the costs associated with your return.
  • For International Customers – duties and taxes collected by the government of the country where the goods are received will not be reimbursed by Aika Wellness.
  • Most returns will be process within 7-10 business days of receipt. We will send you an email confirmation once your return or exchange has been processed.
